From first contact to receiving the finished product everything has been handled professionally and efficiently.

Excellent communication throughout including checking wuth us that the product is as required before manufacturing.

They are happy to answer any questions and respond very quickly.

Much more attractive than the off the shelf standard drain covers available elsewhere which are not made to measure.

The item was very well packaged to protect it in transit and arrived sooner than we thought.

Problem with delivery but Bespoke Drain covers were on it constantly chasing the delivery company and keeping me informed.  When it was obvious that EVRi were not going to deliver the item, BDC immediately sent a new drain cover which arrived the next day.

It is a thing of beauty and looks fantastic. I will be ordering more !

Fantastic product and fantastic service. highly recommend this great business. The quality of the product is excellent, including the chamfered edges. It’s great to have a cover that fits the pipes perfectly. The whole process was easy. I’d been having trouble finding a cover wide to cover my drains. The standard plastics ones tend to be flimsy and too small. I was stuck until I found this company. Excellent communication throughout the whole process from design to delivery. They kept me updated and delivery was a breeze.
